2. Once approved, please download the Apostille Request Form. Please do not submit documents without approval to avoid delays and/or rejections.
3. Drop documents off in our office, USPS Mail, FedEx your documents. Call for an appointment.

What is an Apostille?
An Apostille is a certificate of notarial authority issued by the Secretary of State. It certifies that the notarial block is completed according to State statutes and that the notary was commissioned and in good standing at the time the notarization was performed. This type of certification is required for documents to be used in foreign countries which are signatory to The Hague Convention of October 5, 1961.Documents for countries not in the list to the right will need processing beyond the state level, authenticated through the US Department of State and Embassy for the desired country.
